Sandanski, Blagoevgrad district, 47 St. St. Cyril and Methodius St., with an area of 651 (six hundred and fifty-one) sq. m., with a permanent purpose of the territory - urbanized, with a method of permanent use: low-rise construction (up to 10m) with a number according to the previous plan - 389 (three hundred and eighty-ninth) in district 14 (fourteenth), with neighbors of the land property: land properties with identifiers: 65334.300.390, 65334.300.3511, 65334.300.5399, 65334.300.387 and BUILDING with identifier 65334.300.389.1 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of the city of Sandanski, approved by Order No. RD-18-80/ 11.11.2009 of the Executive Director of AGKK, with the address of the land property: town of Sandanski, p. k. 2800, municipality of Sandanski, Blagoevgrad region, ul. "St. St. Kiril and Methodius" No. 47, with an area of 91 (ninety-one) sq. m., with a purpose - "residential building - single-family", number of floors - 1 (one), built at the "rough construction" stage, which building is located in a land property with identifier 65334.300.389 (sixty-five thousand three hundred thirty-four point three hundred point three hundred eighty-nine) under the KK and KR of the town of Sandanski.
The starting price at which the bidding will begin at the public sale of the real estate is 53,585.83 euros /fifty-three thousand five hundred eighty-five euros and eighty-three eurocents/, determined in accordance with Art. 485 of the Civil Procedure Code, excluding VAT.

The sale papers are kept in the office of RS-Sandanski, at the location of the property, available to anyone interested in the same. For participation in the bidding at the public sale on the account of private bailiff Shukri Dervish - IBAN: BG56UNCR70001520045128 in UniCredit Bulbank AD, BIC: UNCRBGSF, a deposit of 10 percent on the starting price / art. 489, para. 1 CPC/.
Each bidder shall indicate the price proposed by him in figures and words and submit his bid together with the receipt for the deposit paid in a sealed envelope by 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the sale. When indicating the price, the property for which the candidate is participating, described in the Announcement, should also be reflected. The bidder may make only one bid. The sale ends at the end of working hours on the last day. Bids may be withdrawn no later than this period. Bids from persons who are not entitled to participate in the public sale, bids for a price below the starting price, as well as bids exceeding the starting price by more than 30 percent, are invalid. The bids shall be submitted to the office of the District Court - Sandanski, at the location of the property, which is reflected in the incoming register /Art. 489, para. 4 CPC/.
