The Realistimo team works relentlessly to add all types of listings. At the moment you can only publish listings for apartments, houses, floors of houses or entire buildings. Until October you will be able to add business properties and land.
We try to list all the real-estate properties that are possible for buying or renting. Starting with properties from professional agents and private individuals and ending with auctions from private bailiffs, state bailiffs, trustees in bankruptcy, auctions from the National Revenue Agency, auctions from state-owned enterprises and auctions from municipalities. Our goal is to find all the possible listings to have the largest selection.
The real-estate listings on the site are visible for 30 days after their publication. You can always renew your listing for another 30 days.
Listings posted by agents will have a publicly displayed agent phone number and agency phone number.
We need complete location information (such as address or name of a residential building) so that we can provide a better service. To ensure that our agents and their business are protected, the addresses of the real-estate properties listed will not be available to end users while the listing is active. Here are more details why we need the exact location of the property:
