To participate in the sale, each bidder is entitled to one written offer to which he/she attaches a receipt for a deposit of 10% of the announced price to an account at CCB AD Ruse: BG11 CECB 9790 1072 1049 01, BIC: CECBBGSF. The price specified in the bidding offer in figures and words cannot exceed 30% of the initially announced price. The documents are submitted in a sealed envelope to the registry of the Ruse District Court. The sale ends at the end of the court's working hours on 01.10.2026. Those who participated in the public sale on 02.10.2026 at 11:30:00 must appear in a meeting room in the Ruse District Court, which will be determined by the court on the day of opening, for the announcement of the buyer who offered the highest price.
