The house is located in the town of Balchik, just 100 meters from the central beach of the town and 300 meters from the city center.  

The sea capital of Bulgaria - Varna, is only 40 km away. The international resort of Albena with a kilometer-long beach and a wonderful climate is only 6 km away.  

The town of Balchik itself is a small pearl of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.   The high hills that approach the sea and on whose slopes are located streets with houses made of white stone and red tiled roofs give the town a characteristic appearance. Balchik looks especially beautiful from the sea, but is even more picturesque in spring and summer, when it is immersed in greenery and flowers. The history of Balchik as a resort begins in the first half of the 20th century, when the Romanian Queen Maria of Edinburgh liked the place of her summer residence and ordered a botanical garden to be built there. The royal project is ambitious and original. "The Garden of Allah", "The Silver Well", the alley with the millstones, 200 species of trees, over 250 species of cacti, exotic flowers, a castle with an unusual minaret and a throne on the seashore, where Queen Maria loved to watch the sunset - this is not a complete list of the sights of the famous park in Balchik. In addition to the botanical garden, museums - historical and ethnographic - also deserve attention. For a holiday in Balchik there are all the conditions: comfortable sandy beaches, numerous restaurants and cafes, mineral springs and balneological centers.
