The first level is covered entirely with stone and serves as a parking lot for hotel and restaurant guests, the second, higher level is a wide meadow of rye grass surrounded by rich flower gardens, rose bushes and several vines. The complex is heated with wood heating, and the radiators in each room are equipped with thermal heads.
