How much does it cost to publish in Realistimo?
Agents who want to publish their real-estate listings in Realistimo may choose a monthly plan according to their needs. Please expect detailed information about our plans soon. Why can I only post listings for residential properties?
The Realistimo team works relentlessly to add all types of listings. At the moment you can only publish listings for apartments, houses, floors of houses or entire buildings. Until October you will be able to add business properties and land.
What real-estate properties can we find in Realistimo?
We try to list all the real-estate properties that are possible for buying or renting. Starting with properties from professional agents and private individuals and ending with auctions from private bailiffs, state bailiffs, trustees in bankruptcy, auctions from the National Revenue Agency, auctions from state-owned enterprises and auctions from municipalities. Our goal is to find all the possible listings to have the largest selection.
How long will my real-estate listing be visible?
The real-estate listings on the site are visible for 30 days after their publication. You can always renew your listing for another 30 days.
What contact information will be publicly visible on the site?
Listings posted by agents will have a publicly displayed agent phone number and agency phone number.
Why is an exact address required when posting a real-estate listing?
We need complete location information (such as address or name of a residential building) so that we can provide a better service. To ensure that our agents and their business are protected, the addresses of the real-estate properties listed will not be available to end users while the listing is active. Here are more details why we need the exact location of the property:
- To prevent fake listings: No one likes fake and misleading real-estate listings. Our team regularly monitors announcements for inaccuracies and problems. To protect users as well as bona fide agents, the platform deletes and closes accounts of users and agents who publish listings that do not comply with the terms of use of the site.
- To identify duplicate listings: Users often come across multiple duplicates or identical listings on real estate sites. In our platform we want to reward the best and most complete real-estate listings. Therefore, when we have a property with more than one ad of the same type, we will prioritize the real-estate listings that have the best photos and the most detailed information above in the results.
- Historical price information: address information helps us better determine the average price of properties in a building and in a given neighborhood. We will use this information to better compare the current price of a real-estate property with its historical price, or with the historical price of a property from the same building / region.
- Historical information about a specific property: the platform provides the opportunity for potential users to view historical information about the same property if it has been previously offered in the platform. We need an accurate address to be able to accurately determine if this property has been offered in the past, and to use some of the other information to provide a more complete picture of the property.
- To determine the exact location of the offered property: From there we can automatically fill in some of the fields of the listing for your convenience. Such fields are: Total floors in the building, Type of construction, Year of construction, Elevator, as well as additional information about the building (without publicly stating the name of the building).
- Important places nearby: from the exact location of the building we can determine important information such as schools nearby, shops in the region, kindergartens, public transport stops, subway and more. This information can help visitors in their decision to contact you about the property.
- Property map: in the future you will have the opportunity to show an approximate location on a map on the site so that visitors can better navigate the neighborhood and important buildings and institutions.
